U 55-L ~ Driven on a C1 Licence

The U55-L is our largest U-tail offering up to a 25 m³ demountable box that is driven on a C1 licence, tachograph is standard fitment. Its rear box can lower to ground by three ways handheld remote control, near side body mounted buttons or a manual hand pump used in case of power failure.

With the remote control or buttons the box will lower to ground in under 10 seconds. If required the U-tail can then detach completely from its box and reverse onto a second box in around two minutes.

We offer a number of different box type’s freight, fridge, flat deck cage and specialist box fit outs e.g. workshop, supermarket, exhibition etc.

All U-tail vehicles come with air suspension giving a smooth ride this will also level the U-tail when loaded regardless of load weight.
