U-tail Takes Centre Stage at
Commercial Vehicle Operator Show
2010
An outstanding response was received when Roadload and Peugeot unveiled two working U-tail®s at the NEC in April.
The vehicles demonstrating the distribution and ground care configurations were closely examined by visitors from many different commercial sectors.
One of the challenges was to explore with prospective customers the opportunities that easily demountable boxes could bring to their operations.
Enquiries were received from distribution, local authority, NHS, emergency services, removals, equestrian professionals, highway maintenance, utilities and many other industries. The flexibility, safety and innovative simplicity of the U-tail®s were widely commended and there were many new applications identified in the three days of the show.
